Too big for Tocco Lite

Bought this for my tocco lite to protect the screen but it is too big. The phone could easily fall out. Because of this the screen cleaning part of the product doesnt work because the phone hardly touches the inside. It is definitely not stretchy and it has no built in neck strap or drawstring. If you have an i-phone would be ideal but not tocco lite.
