So much more comfortable!

The ear buds that came with the phone were really painful and I was looking for something that I could use on long conference calls. These are perfect for the job. There are various sized ear buds so you can find a pair that fits you just right. Someone else mentioned that the connection is tight into the phone which I agree with but not a problem.

Good Sound / Few drawbacks

Bought this as it was one compact lead for listening to music and answering the phone. It has a great sound and saves me carrying the HTC adapter and separate headphones. The only drawback is that there is no volume button on the lead, however my new phone will allow me to change the volume on the phone even in screensaver mode which my previous phone would not, so not a big drawback.

Does what it says on th e box

The headset is very good , the sound is fine ,outside noise is well reduced the phone answering works great. Only small problem is that the plug is very tight in to the phone and I hope it doesnt damage it.

HTC X10

Sounds great ,plenty of bass.let down by the plug and cable which are vunerable to bending and twisting, which leads to failure of the cable.If they used the same plug as the "metal in ear headset", which comes out to the side, it would be much more robust.
