8-in-1 MFX Screen Protector Pack - iPhone 3GS / 3G

I fitted one of these protectors to my iPhone 3GS and I’m very pleased with the result. I took my time to make sure there was no dust or grease on my phone’s screen using the cloth provided – there’s one with each of the eight protectors, I found it much easier doing this under bright lights to show up all those little bits of dust that are more difficult to see. The protector was very easy to align with my phone’s screen; I let it gently lay onto the phone whilst slowly smoothing it with the little card provided before peeling off the second layer and giving it a final smoothing over with the card. One tip – make sure both sides of the plastic will easily peel off the protector before fitting it to your phone! One side of the first one I tried was really difficult to take off once I had the other side in place on the phone. Now the protector is on my phone it’s almost impossible to see it’s fitted and it doesn’t affect the operation of the touch screen at all. Overall I’m very pleased with the protectors and would recommend them entirely, just take your time fitting them and you’ll be fine!

Was a bit worried I might have problems applying these but they worked great 1st time.

Although you do get 12 covers and not the stated 8, it is still annoying that even though you do everything perfectly to apply the shield, there are tiny hairs or dust already between the films. If you can put up with the odd bubble on your screen which these do cause, fine, but it was my 6th shield before i got a "clean" one and therefore not the value for money I expected

Well its not very often you get something for nothing but I have to say his time you get an extra 4 screen protectors. I have bought a couple of these packs in the past and each time I get a 12 pack rather than an 8 pack. (Should I actually be saying this? I feel like the guy in the McDonalds adverts who thinks he is stealing from them having only paid pennies for the meal, other franchised fast food outlets are available). Anyway, they are slightly longer than the screen by approx 1mm and the same across, not much I hear you say (I did, honestly!) but it is enough to bridge the tiny gap between the screen and the shiny edging which allows muck and air up behind the cover, which leads to the protector needing replaced a little more often which is OK, I got 4 extra ones free! *rustles paper "Fact".

First off delivery was very quick, worth spending the extra to avoid using the post at the moment. Like a lot of people, the first attempt wasn't completely succesful, but there are 8 screen protectors in this pack and the second time worked like a charm. Really easy to use, doesn;t affect the touch screen in any way. You can tell it's on but as long as you line it up perfectly and get rid of all the air bubbles it looks fine. Essential bit of kit cos you wouldn't want scratches on a screen that expensive!

Being new to the iPhone i wanted to keep it nice, these are ideal to keep your screen mark free and on the second attempt and second screen protector it looks and fits perfect.
