Great Communicationd Device
Had this phone now for 5 months and can say it is a very good mobile device. Qwerty keyboard is excellent for emails & messaging. HSPDA & Wifi ensures good net access. Camera results not bad for 3mpix. Not a touchscreen device but thats not sometimes such a bad idea !

worse phone I ever owned
Bought a few months ago as I understood it to be the new version of my nokia E51. I was so wrong. Signal is just terrible compared to the E51 using same sim card - keys are starting to stick (although this happened to the E51 but only after 18 months). Tried updating software on several occasions as advised by T-mobile and nokia support but all that did each time was wipe the phone of all settings/email accounts etc. Had loads of Nokias in past but don't know where to go now.

terrible signal
I completely agree with the previous reviewer. My E51 was a great phone but the keypad just gave up. I live and work in a poor signal area but my E51 worked fine at my desk. I tried an upgrade to Blackberry Bolds but it just couldn't get a signal (same sim card) at my desk. T-mobile sent another in case it was just a faulty unit but the new on was just the same. So I thought I was playing safe when I was led to believe that the new E75 was a direct replacement of the E51 with the added benefit of a keyboard. Believe me, it's not. A great phone if you have a strong signal but pants otherwise. I am going back to the E51 if I can find one. Anyone fancy a E75 see ebay.

Poor reception, worse battery life
Really neat piece of equipment that works well only if it's in a high signal strength area and you're prepared to put up with a battery life of about 8 hours! I wouldn't buy another one.

Poor Reception
An excellent phone with good email integration but with one show stopping problem. The reception sensitivity is so poor that I can not use it in my house or village as very little coverage on Orange. Strange because the E51 I had before worked perfectly. Battery life is about 3 days. Have now downgraded myself back to the E51.

Great piece of kit
Small, neat, good battery life. Keyboard surprisingly easy to use. Seamless integration with email using Nokia messaging. Internet browsing using WLAN really easy and automated connection to home network or mobile internet depending on location. GPS is a great gimmick but not sure I'll ever use it. Rapid and reliable integration with PC PIM. No complaints! T
