Get a spare battery and charger!
This phone takes great photos and the video capture is of very good quality. Music playback is good even though the connector is on the side of the phone. Graphic equalizer is responsive. No issues with good size touchscreen and specs are good. Just very poor battery life, so get a spare.

texting inadequacies!
Whilst texting using the slide out keypad if you make a mistake you can only delete by changing to touch screen. when using preditive text you can only select your chosen word on touch screen. the selling point for this phone is the keypad, however, in my opinion, it together with it's poor battery life is it's downfall! NOT FOR TEXTERS OR USE AS A WALKMAN

battery problem
while this is a good phone which does all that you could want, including a very good camera, it is let down by its battery life. when using applications like the browser or camera, the battery only last just over the hour. It really is a bad fault with this phone.
