HTC SC S420 Touch HD Silicone Case - Black

I Again tried the cheaper case first as some reviewers had said that it was a bit bulky but for me personally, committing to a two year contract means that my phone has to stay in a good condition for the duration of the contract and this cover will certainly do that. I don't think it makes the phone look unsightly in any way and it does fit in my pockets with relative ease. It's a far better fit on the phone than the cheaper alternatives and feels a better quality product. For what is about three or four pounds difference, it's worth buying this case along with the Invisible Shield for your screen. You wont go far wrong with that combination.

If you want your touch HD to still look shiny, sleak and slightly less bulky, then don't bother with getting a protective cover. I bought this because I didn't want my touch HD getting scratched or chipped like my old HTC. It's made of flexibly rubber and grips the surface you place it on well. This means when your phone rings and vibrates it doesn't judder around the table and make a ridiculously loud noise. It also is reasonably thick and yes it makes the phone more bulky, but I know I could drop this from my waist and it's not going to break or scratch the phone. You can always take the cover off you know, if you are going to a trendy wine bar and want to impress the ladies.

one of the main reasons I bought this case was because the case which came with the phone collects dust, sadly this case does too. after putting it in my pocket once it was really dirty. I'm going to try the unofficial one to see if it is better with it's dust repellent.

My girlfriend bought me this case for my new phone, and I'm very impressed. It feels of good quality, robust and while making the phone a bit bulkier, I do feel that it'll withstand most accidents now! All the cut-outs are spot-on, and everything still functions perfectly. All-in-all - very impressed indeed

The case from HTC was fantastic quality but unfortunately, it made a very slim phone approximately 3 times as thick. A slimmer 'skin' would no doubt offer less protection but would maintain the look of the Touch HD

I considered several cheaper alternatives and am very pleased I opted for this one. It fits perfectly, the cut outs align correctly and the whole case feels and looks like a quality item. The stock HTC Touch HD can be slippery in use and this cover makes the phone easier to handle; particularly useful for one handed touchflo navigation. If you are looking to effectively protect your phone without adding impractical bulk, I can highly recommend this item.

HTC silicone case is of a much higher standard then the cheaper non branded case. The fit is perfect and feels solid on the device. The feel is similar to that of the back of your phone. The only downside is that if the phone is placed face up, the ring volume is muffled a little. On the back is the HTC brand mark.
