Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 Dual Desktop Charging Cradle

Excellent product. Works well and looks well. Arrived very quickly due to Mobile Funs' super quick delivery service

This comes supplied with the cradle, a power supply and usb cable to connect to your PC. Will charge the X1 Generic Battery (also available here) in the battery compartment with the supplied power supply. Strangely though, it will NOT charge a genuine Sony Ericsson battery with the supplied power supply. Undeterred, I connected the cradle via USB to a computer, and this did allow charging of the generic battery and genuine one. Of I went to get the Sony power supply and try that. It worked on both batteries. Hurraa!! Not sure what the two light signify yet as they are on all the time, whether anything is connected to the cradle or not!!! The instructions (not that you should need them) are non-existent. The tab in the battery section to assist removal of the battery is flimsy - mine came off when trying to remove a battery for the first time! All I can say is - it works. Just. Quality leaves a lot to be desired. Sony should be making these, so why aren't they??
