D900 help
(1) Pair the phone as a "No Sync" this prevents the phone from auto-syncing. (2) Transfer the phonebook by going to the D900 Contacts-Options-Send via-Bluetooth-All Contacts (or whatever you want to transfer) and select the Parrot as the destination. This will transfer all phone numbers and properly group them under each contact name. The sort order option in the Parrot will also work correctly.

Parrot chic hands free synchronising for dummies
will you please send me the details of the procedure of how to synchronise my samsung D900 mobile this is the only snag i have encountered on this brilliant piece of kit, (Parrot chic). regards alan
