Does what it says on the tin
Windows XP does not always put your PC in the most efficient suspend to RAM state, this does. It also tells you how much money and CO2 you've saved. Can't really ask for more in my book

Eco-button??
Can't see the point of this item after trying to use it, dosen't save power at all, may as well use the built in power saving modes in Windows.
Don't waste your money, there are better Power saving devices on the market for around the same price that do work.
