The BeachBuoy - 100% Waterproof

I did as the instructions said and put some tissue paper in this wallet and had a shower with it around my neck, I then sunk it in the bath overnight. In the morning the tissue paper was bone dry, I have no worries about putting my Galaxy note in this wallet. Very good.

The previous one I bought barely fit my Samsung Galaxy S2 but this fit it plus my wallet and does not get in the way. Small enough to fit in my board shorts pocket and it hooks into the pocket clip so it doesn't get lost if it comes loose in the surf! Just make sure when you seal it, both the seals "click" close all the way through.

Beachbuoy is the toughest waterproof case I've used out of many tried. Without it, I would not have survived an incident last winter which left me drifting for two hours alone in rough seas - eventually calling coastguard through the bag and receiving a helicopter rescue. However, the bag is too tough to use phone easily, and I could't use fine settings (XDA Orbit) such as view GPS position, which would have been useful! Clarity through the bag is not perfect. Getting the phone sealed in the case requires time and strength; once there, though, there is no doubt about integrity. Corners are unlikely to wear easily, and corners of the phone creating high wear areas are irrelevant - bag is plenty tough enough. My two both eventually failed when the final sealing flap ripped off - this is going to happen before rather than in use, so not compromising the phone. Good, but I'm still searching for the ultimate.
