GREAT THANK GOODNESS
I had such a terrible time with my other provider (no service) so when I changed to PAYG and bought what I thought was an overly expensive phone - I was totally wrong them phone is wirth twice as much but most importantly the service from MobileFun was superb -next day delivery in the morning as promised,well and safely packaged,really a bonus to receie such great service in this day and age. Thanks.

Excellent phone, pity for the headphone output
In order to appreciate this phone you need to upgrade to at least 400. series software. Older software will regularly run out of memory. It is also considerably slower.
Otherwise - email is extremely good with nearly full Exchange support, music is reasonable, camera is good for this class of phone, GPS is excellent and battery life is simply astonishing.
The phone however has two major faults:
1. Charging/power supply creates hellish noise on the headphones both with nokia original and other chargers. As a result it is useable as a multifunction device in a car only for short journeys or through bluetooth integration.
2. The phone speaker is not shut off when bluetooth is on (400.X.X/410.X.X series software). As a result you get a wonderful "concerto" of network activity, paging, location updates and various data to go along with your music and SatNav. So even with bluetooth the phone does not live up to the idea of "one device I take with me on a trip".
Various minor niggles:
Headphone output is tolerable, but not great. I would not try to listen classic music on it. Once again, bluetooth is the solution. Lots of minor UI sillies here and there (well, it is Symbian, nothing unexpected there).

The best phone i have ever owned !!
First of all the service from mobile fun is excellent the phone was despatched on friday and to my surprise i recieved it on saturday morning
After owning and using this phone for almost two weeks i can truthfully say this is not only the best phone i have every owned but one of the best devices i have owned.
I dont intend to change this phone for a very long time and i shall keep it until it breaks which hopefully wont be for many many years.
The build quality of the e71 is by far the best i have ever experienced in any mobile phone.
The phone is almost entirely encased in stainless steel which simply looks and feels amazing the e71 is packed full of features and is more like a pocket computer than a phone , battery life is around 3 days with medium usage with 3G off which is quite good for a full featured phone.
The keyboard took me a while to get used to due to my big thumbs! but now id never want to use anything else.
typing is quick , accurate and gets easier with practice.
All in all an amazing device!!!

Magnificent Nokia E71
Received this smart phone yesterday (Fri 22nd)and it is awesome. Feels great looks great, and from what I can tell so far it performs great.
The service from Mobile fun is the best.
After some confusion on my part, the phone was ordered at 1750 Thursday evening, and I received it 1000 Friday morning.
Thanks very much, will certainly be using Mobile Fun again.

The best so far
Had this phone for a few months now. It has to be the best mobile phone i have ever had. It just works, every time all the time. Good signal, brilliant keyboard, great screen, loads and loads of extras. Best of all it is the first nokia that connects to the computer without spending half an hour trying make it work.
The only grips i have are the camera which is a bit useless and the stainless steel case gets rather cold on chilly days (yes that is daft but true).
Totally 100% recomended

A little beauty
I've had my E71 for almost a week now and I'm wondering how I ever managed without it.
I do a lot of texting and email work. The ability to extract things like email addresses from notes/to-do lists, and go from there straight into 'email compose' mode for example is amazing, as is the facility to cut and paste sections of text when replying to emails. It makes deleting superfluous quoted text a dream!
Just the one 'downer'; the camera. Indoor pics are rather 'noisy'. I still think the N95 has the best camera-phone I've used, but then you don't buy a phone to take pictures with any more than you buy a camera to make phonecalls with (well, I don't anyway)
All in all; if you've got this far and are thinking of buying a smartphone, go for this one. it's a good 'un

Amazing Phone
As usual for Mobile fun i ordered my new Nokia E71 on friday and it was delivered early Saturday morning. This phone is amazing. I have been using all types of mobile recently including The Blackberry, and without a shadow of a doubt this phone out performs them all.

What a joy it was to use mobilefun again. I have used them for a few years now and service has been brilliant. This phone is the best phone I have used to date and I have used over 50 phones in this last year I have a real bad phone problem lol.
Before this I was using a HTC Diamond and this can not compare with this device. The phone is fast and for any business user this is a most. Pictures do not do this phone justice you need to feel how it with your own hands. Build quality is perfect. £300.00 its a must.

New E71
I just received mine this morning as promised on the website. The product looks great and feels wonderful. I have a E51 but, this feels so much better and its only a little bit wider. Will play around with it now and I'm sure it won't disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful service.

This phone beats all other smart phones. It looks and feels wonderful, it's solidly built and is very reliable. Nokia have set a new reference level with the Nokia E71!
