Parrot minikit slim Bluetooth car kit
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Previously I used a Motorala wireless headset but as I wear two hearing aids I had to remove one when I used it. The clarity of the speech on this Parrot device is so much better than my expectations and its simplicity is fantastic. I keep it in my car so it only needs switching on when I get in. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!

Parrot Mionikit Slim
Absolutely wonderful. I didn't realise that it was possible to buy something so small and discreet yet totally functional. It will make such a difference being able to receive calls without having to stop enroute. Congratulations to the designers.

Parrot MINIKIT SLIM Bluetooth Car Kit
I normally use my phone many times in my bluetooth built-in car but as I have written it off recently & coupled with the fact that my new car doesn't have bluetooth built-in, I had recently purchased Parrot MINIKIT SLIM Bluetooth Car Kit.
This piece of kit slips easily onto my sun visor & once I had mastered its "name tags", it is easy to use as "hands-free", just saying "call xxx" & hey presto, my phone starts calling the person I had ststed to my Parrot kit.
The sound is superb & verifed by people I had called, they can hear me perfectly.
I would recommend this item to anyone who wants a simple "hands-free" phone connection for their car.

Good bit of kit
Arrived very promptly and am pleased with the product sound quality is very clear. Found setting up bit tricky as instructions in the box quite basic, but you can find full manual on parrot.com to download. Was very impressed how it picked up my contacts straight away no hassle.

Looks good, Works well
Very easy to set up, immediately downloaded my phone book from my Nokia.
A very nice female voice announced the menu options clearly but couldn't seem to pronounce any of my contact names correctly. This was no problem as it was so simple to record my own voice tags which immediately gave 100% recognition.
The sound quality is excellent, I have had several 'hands free' kits and from my experience with these, I would not have expected the sound could be so good.
I am very pleased with this purchase.

OK once it's going
Now it's running this works well and the voice recognition is 80% accurate. Sound is good and easy to operate. I had big set up problems, however. It arrived only speaking German and I had to locate, download and install an update before it would work. Then on the first outing it jammed and I had to go through the whole process again. Very frustrating.

Very Good Unit
A little compact stylish unit with an excellent tone while stationary and moving. Only issue was the pairing, wasn't so straight forward with a HTC handset. A little research on the web gave a manual setup option (not mentioned in the handbook) that worked first time

Pleasantly Surprised
I have tried 3 different, well known, branded hands-free devices over the last couple of years. Each of them dissapointed in one way or another. One of them was rubbish straight out of the box, the other 2 showed their true colours within months, so I resorted to an ear piece which I found uncomfortable to wear for longer than an hour - Then in flew this parrot - what an impressive piece of kit, if simply refuses to dissapoint on every level, just buy it! I'm sure, like me, you'll be glad you did.

"Just what I needed"
Great item but dont expect it to fit on the visa it wont work the visa's on modern cars are to thick
you will have to come up with a way of fixing it so as it is still easy to use.

parrot mini kit slim
Had a parrot in car system,and changed car, and thought I would try out this one seeing it didnt need any wires to connect in car. Paired with my phone bluetooth quickly,but the voice thats in the phone takes a lot to get used to. Apart from that, adding voice answer is easy as well, and with volume turned up its easy to hear. Works ok so far and pleased with it.

Second one - need I say more?
Bought second one for another vehicle - very neat and easy to set up. Quality of sound excellent and auto dialling quite good - sometimes have to repeat names - could just be accent!

Low cost hands free
Great handsfree with long battery life and clear sound. It took a bit of getting used to as it didn't always respond to calls as I expected and the voice recognition dialling is hopeless but what do you expect for this price anyway? I'm more than happy and would buy it again.

Amazing bit of kit
In brief, this is a very cool easy piece of kit. Press the green button, say a name, if you have various numbers under that name, she offers you the choice. Say for example home and then she dials it for you. Very clear sound(according to the other half!) DOWNSIDE. The clip on the unit is NOT strong. (Travelling abroad and use hire cars alot) I moved mine between cars and now it doesn't stay in the holes. This is the only downside I've seen. Ideally, install and leave alone!! Highly recomended

PARROT HAS TROUBLE TALKING
Very convienient... BUT it can't cope with simple names like Pzynysznyak... or Strzleski... well they're simple to me!!!Seriously though... onboard software copes with most names... but if you want to get it right first time... record the name... it's simple enough... be patient... you will be rewarded with an excellent bit of kit

Parrot minikit slim bluetooth car kit
I have not found this very good. It turns itself off, does not connect to two phones as it was advertised and is not good at picking up names from the phone book. It tells me that some names are not in my phone book when they are. It does not fit on my sun visor and the car charger is too short to reach the visor anyway. The only good thing about it ia the battery which lasts for a long time.

i received the product just 24 hours after it had been dispatched.
I have yet to use it whilst driving, but did go sit in the car to try it out.
I am very impressed, it is a very good peice of kit!!

Excellent item which is easy to set up. Impressed with the quality of the sound and the ease of use. In particular the buttons on the unit are illuminated making it easier to use at night. Would have liked to have seen a mains charger supplied with this kit as well as the supplied usb lead and car charger. But overall a good unit.

Calrity is excellent , very easy to set up , i would absolutley recommend this product if it was not for the ridiculous visor clip that accompanies the hands free kit, its cheap and nasty what can only be described as a spring , constantly flies off your windscrren visor , this has happend during driving !!! Rubbish attachment, excellent quality,

Excellent item
The Parrot Minikit Bluetooth car kit is just what I have been looking for, (I have tried others in the past but they never quite matched expectations) It's very small, slim and well designed, it paired immediately with my Sony W595 and downloaded all my contacts automatically. The voice recognition
works well and the speaker clarity is very good, certainly much better than I anticipated in such a small unit, and I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

Parrot Minikit Slim Bluetooth Car Kit
At first I was dubious about paying that kind of money for a bluetooth kit, as there are cheaper ones on the market, but after trying a cheaper version this proved to be money well spent. Battery life between charges is days, especially as the unit dis-connects and turns itself off when phone is out of range. If away for a short time it will reconnect as soon as you are back in range. Voice clarity when speaking and receiving calls is crystal clear and besides one or two minor hiccups, with similar sounding names, voice recognition dialling, without having to 'train' the device, is a big plus point. Excellent sound reproduction as a desktop speaker for any bluetooth. device.

The device paired up with my Blackberry Storm first time and was working within a minute.
I find the interface intuative, the voice recognition uncanny and the speaker clear.
It downloaded my contacts by itself before I could look in the instructions to find out what I had to do!
It maintains connection over a long distance and auto-reconnects faultlessly.
I cannot recommend this bit of kit highly enough.

Superb
This unit was a replacement for another bluetooth unit that used the radio :( This unit is however superb. Once charged i put it in the car, linking the phone a nokia 6120classic was easy. Every time it connects it downloads the phonebook to the unit. Then you press the green button say who you want to call and bingo. If there is more than one number for the person its asks which one you want to dial. You can control the volume during a call and the sound is clear. Superb unit, well worth the money.
