Very Disappointing
I wish I had read the previous reviews before buying. Within 1 week my earclip had fallen off and the cover for the power connection had broken. And I had endless trouble with it going to sleep mode. I never new if the call would come through in my ear on the handset. A shame as the sound quality was great!

Poor Design of earclip
I too have had dreadful problems with the earclip. A small plastic "C" that just clips onto the headset. It constantly unclips itself and then the ear piece falls out of my ear. A shame that the technology is let down by such a small matter, but if you cannot wear the earpiece it is "not fit for purpose".

CLOSE BUT NO BANANA
Once out the box it looks great, but with in 72 hrs the ear clips has gone missing and now will not stay in even with the vast aray ear pieces.
Also has a very nasty habit of switching it's self off after calls and you have to make a new connection.
Very disappointed should have gone with the Plantronics set was swayed because of there good reputation in Audio.
Was so wanting this to work.

Awsome Piece of Kit
I have used many bluetooth headsets but this must be the best so far very happy with the product comfortable reliable and looks good to.
