great to use, but..............
Love the phone, display great, wi-fi to 3G changeover seemless. However, i have now had 2, on the first the track ball decided to stop going up, on this one the "T" has stopped working. i currenty have to select, copy and paste T's pending replacement. The track pad version should be a great improvement. (doesnt help with the "T" though!)

Bold is king of the Blackberrys
This is my first ever Blackberry and I'm so glad i chose this phone. setting up was so easy, Had all my email accounts up-and-running in less than 10mins!
I've got quite large hands but find the keyboard very easy and comfy to use. The build quality is fantastic and feels very good in your hands. If your looking for a Blackberry get this one, you'll not be sorry you got this little gem!
Well done RIM, keep up the great work.

Blackberry Bold
Well built, comfortable to hold and very easy to use - excellent keypad even for users with large hands. Setup for email was a real pain and needed lots of support from carrier to get unit registered so email addresses could be input. SIM free it was but linked to a different carrier by default so needed to be re-registered.
Setup completed, it's really very good and everything that Blackberry say it is. Media player is good too.
