one star wonder?
Bought this when they were over £90 & the unit is worth every penny... when you can use it, thus the one star. I cannot use it without the small hook which I have to tape to the frame of my spectacles and like the reviewers of the JX10 this hook breaks where it enters the head set? obviously (except to Jabra) the main stress point. Yes they will send you a replacement hook free of charge but only one (even if you offer to pay) which seems very short sighted as the postage will be more than the additional hooks required not to mention the loss of goodwill while you wait 7-10 days without the use of a headset. You can of course buy a kit off their web site which will consist of almost everything bar the kitchen sink but still only have one of the item you require which makes it a very expensive item indeed. You can buy a kit of 3 JX10 hooks for around £5 but not sure if they are compatible? Always used Jabra headsets but this one is for the bin. An item is only as good as it's weakest part.

Jabra JX 20
Just purchased this headset, and it is by far the best headset I have ever owned. I bought the new Jawbone 2 2 weeks ago, and there is no comparison. The Jawbone 2 would not stay in my ear ( it felt like I had a rubber mallet in my ear, everytime you move your head the silicone sensor came off my face and I could not be heard. However the Jabra JX20 is out of this world with sound quality and ease of use. I had this in my ear all day and forgot it was there. The advice I would give to anyone wanting a bluetooth headset is buy the Jabra JX 20 its mint.
