Poor Design
Good sound quality but the design of the ear hook is poor, it continually comes off the ear piece and is easily mislaid......I have lost mine now and the unit is practically useless as a headset without it!!

Keeps coming to bits
I have had to start putting this headset in a small box to carry around as the earpiece keeps coming out and I have to rake about to find the over the ear plastic part and the in the ear microphone part for this bluetooth headset which is very annoying.
Apart from coming to bits and being very fiddly, the sound quality is pretty good and it is discreet and small and sits well. The charge for it is ok.
Am I happy with it? It is ok, it does its job.
Would I buy another one? No, probably not, there are better bluetooth options out there.
