Absolutely the easiest I have ever fitted a Hands Free Car Kit. You just plug the Intellikit into your radio, the other end of the intellikit plugs into the car radio connector and you plug in the car kit and it all works brilliantly. One word of warning though, make sure you know your radios lock code, as when I fitted mine to my VW Polo even though you could take the radio out and refit without the code, when the Intellikit is fitted you need to re-enter your code. Apart from that absolutely a breeze to fit and works superbly well.
