Classy
I have used this phone for a couple of weeks now replacing an ageing W850i. The phone in look and feel reminds me of a B&O landline phone, weighty but stylish and strong. The battery is average by today's standards but oozes class in all it does. I read a poor report on the speaker, not true it is much louder than my previous phone and by the time it reaches distortion you would have damaged your eardrum! Nokia have concentrated on providing the main features as a business phone at the expense of some bells and whistles for which you would be looking at the flimsier but lighter N95. If you use a camera often this is not the phone for you, it is ok for quick shots but not as good as most on the market today.

Nokia 8000 Arte
This was purchased as a direct relacement for a Scirocco. First up sim free its around the same price as I paid for the Scirocco when they first came out. Form wise its great as I have also used a LUNA its easiest to describe it as being a LUNA phone in a redesigned Scirocoo body. The most significant improvements are 3G and improved camera. the phone is solid and weighty in your hand the screen is good and the battery life is lasting me 3 days. It's slimmer than the Scirocco and nice in the hand. Should you buy this phone ? It depends what you want if you want cutting edge camera or musical abilities go else where if you want class then go ahead and buy. Nokia have resited the mini usb charger thing to the bottom of the phone which means it locates neatly into the packaged desktop stand. Two talking points are the ability to twist the phone over to silence a call and the inclusion of a striking analogue/digital clock that appears if you put the phone down. All in all a successful mature redesign of an already great product well done Nokia.
