Mixed Compatibility Headset
This set probably works perfectly well when paired with other Sony Ericsson equipment... but paired with my Tytn II it is very a different story. I bought this because of two features:
1. Bluetooth stereo
2. The ability to use any headphones phones via 3.5mm adapter (I have a wonderful pair of Shure in-ear phones)
Battery life is pretty good. The unit looks good and is light. Simple controls (volume up down and stop but no next/previous track option).
The audio quality is good if you want to talk to someone OR if you want to listen to music; but not both. If you are listening to music and a call comes in, when you try answering the call, the unit stops the music but does not automatically pass the call to the headset- you have to do swap it to the headset manually. If you then try going back to your music, it will not work; you have to switch the DS220 off and on again. Voice activated dialing is very poor indeed but this may be because of pairing with a non-Sony Ericsson phone.
Nice idea, but sadly not universally compatible..... yet.

Excellent sound. neat little device. But bad thing is that you cant switch between tracks. why? it had everything else but that.

Wonderful sound and the buds fit really well in my ears. Could do with being a bit louder and having a proper volume control but these a small issues.

Fist class (Highly Recommended)
A nice neat little package, sound quality is fantastic and very loud with full rich sound, simple operation with volume control play/pause, lightweight and strong clip attachment and the great feature of being able to use your own headphones via the 3.5mm jack if required.
Supplied in-ear headphone are very good but being able to use my B&O A8's is fantastic such great sound from all types of music.
yes no track dislay but that is a small price to pay for great quality, i had real sound problems with the HBH 970's with my P990 sending 3 sets back (with very helpfull service from MobileFun) but no such problems with the DS220's.
Finally a great price and speedy delivery as i have come to expect from MF.
