Dissapointed
The BT5020 is the worst earpiece i have bought. it does not work to phone out if someone has phone in, you have to re-pair both phone and headset. It has now stopped working all together. It is now in the bin which is the best place for it.

Poor firmware and hardware
I am on my 3rd headset. 2 have broken due to the wiring inside the earbug shearing. But the major problem is it beeping continually when a phone looses network signal. If you have two phones connected and one has no signal this beeping will interrupt any conversation over the "good" phone. I had real problems when making a 999 call recently - the conversation was punctualted with losses of voice as the "bad" phone grabbed the data steam to make its beep heard. AVOID and get an 8040 jnstead. This is a GREAT PRODUCT and up to Jabra's usual high standard.

Dissapointed
Thought this would be a good buy because of the name and the way it discreetly fitted on the ear but in the car as others have found it picks up to much surrounding sound and I can't hear what people are saying. Looks good and fits nicely on the ear but if it does not do the job its a waste of time. My phone is a Samsung E250. I am trying a Jawbone to see if its any better.

Comfortable and Easy to use
Really good headset, decent battery life and call quality. Had few issues turning off the vibration alert as Jabra didn't put how to do it in their user manual, so if you're stuck:
To switch off vibrate alert:
1. Pair the headset to the phone
2. Turn the headset on
3. Press and hold the PLUS button for ~2-3 sec until a green "double flashing" signal appears
4. Release PLUS button immediately
5. Press MINUS button immediately until a green "double flashing" signal appears again
6. Release the MINUS button. The vibrate alert is off now
Switching on vibrate alert is just the other way around:
1. Pair the headset to the phone
2. Turn the headset on
3. Press and hold the MINUS button for ~2-3 sec until green "double flashing" signal appears
4. Release MINUS button immediately
5. Press PLUS button immediately until green "double flashing" signal appears again
6. Release the PLUS button. The vibrate alert is on now
Hope this helps people out.

Poor Product - Poor Seller?
Although promising much this product delivers less. OK it IS comfortable but the buttons are difficult to sense even for a maintenance engineer used to working unsighted. It has an annoying habit of bleeping for no apparent reason and sometimes breaks contact with the phone when within 1m (unobstructed) of it. So much for 10m range. Re-pairing can involve powering down both the phone AND the headset - great fun when driving. Jabra reckon that you can disable the vibrate feature (bottom of page 5 in the instructions) but do not be fooled, as they don't tell you how to do it. Mobile Fun also don't know how to do it and apparently don't care either as they have now failed to respond to my enquiry after nearly a week despite having promised that they would find out as a matter of urgency. They are now suggesting that I should take the matter up with Jabra. So much for the sale of goods act, goods of merchantable quality et al. Another job for Watchdog mayhapse? You might well be better satisfied sourcing another product - possibly from another supplier. You have been warned.

Superb
I previously had the BT250V which was great, but this is something special. Nicer design and better quality, plus the fact it's multi point makes it a fantastic product!!.

Not a good buy...
I bought this 'cos of MultiPoint connections but it only works with 2 phones & not a PC (for Skype) & a phone. It is uncomfortable & falls off if I touch it or try to use the buttons. The buttons are awkward & flat so you can't "feel" them to use them. The headset gets tangled in my hair. The rotating earpiece moves away from my ear so if I don't press it onto my ear during a call, I can't hear the talking. It picks up my voice very well - just as described, however, I'm going back to my old headset and I'm very disappointed.

Nice design but..
From the specification this Jabra should be superb. I purchased it because of the multi-link capability that allows it to be connected to two phones. I can hear callers okay. But all callers (tested with the SE P990 and M600) think 'I am at the end of tube' - this Jabra does not pick-up my voice very well and seems to pick-up too much surrounding sound. This may be because I am a man and my voice is lower in the frequency range. I feel I have spent my money for no real gain.
