HELP !!!!!!!
Have try everything to get this R4 to work , have been on website but not that easy to found downloads me kids are going mad to use it plz plz plz help !!!!!!!!deliery was great

Found difficult to use
Prompt delivery, but after downloading software from R4 site cannot get it to work on the DS just keep getting error messages. R4 site not very easy to understand as to what software to down load is it every single link or just the new kernel. Clearer instructions would be better for those of us who are not computer literate and also a help/support desk. So for me a waste of time until I can find out how to get it to work

Straight Awesome
Really impressed with the R4 - easy to use, opens up a load of options and lets me haul all my GBA games without all the old cartridges. Every DS owner should have one of these!

Fine for old games
I bought one of these nearly a year ago, and they work fine with any old games. However, the new games such as Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story do NOT work with this card. I imagine that more games that are released in future will be the same, just a word of warning.
If you want to play old games, this is brilliant. For new games, I'd steer clear.

If you upgrade the R4 Firmware newer games should work perfectly.

R4 Revolution
Received the R4 in record tme! However, on opening the box, the CD, electronic user manual was missing from the pack. I would be grateful if you could forward one to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, magic service!

If you download software from http://www.r4ds.cn/download/r4ds.html and simply place the downloaded items onto your memory card - you should be good to go.

HELP!!!!!
Just got my R4 card this morning - having major problems understanding how to set it up, I'm not very computer literate!!!! sent an email to company to ask for help - still waiting for a reply. anyone help me to set it up in basic computer terms!!!!

Thanks for the wonderful R4 card. Delivered next day after ordering online. Immediately unwrapped the gizmo and downloaded nds game online and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the prmpt and speedy service. Keep up the great job you started. Would be buying stuff from you again.

Well worth the money
All DS Lite users have to buy this card!
For less the price of a game you can really open the console and do a whole lot more. The first thing I did with my R4 was to make my DS lite into a MP3 player. I know what you're thinking how good can it be, but it's got loads of features - loop, volume adjust, shuffle etc. Why buy an ipod - i say.
Then just today I was able to convert my Lite into a day planner using DSOrganise - it's really cool I can just make notes, put my to do list on it and hold all my contacts.
The R4 card has amplified my DS and gaming world.
Everyone buy one now!!

Great quality, fantastic delivery time, super price and correct postage charge, not like some others!!!
Only thing missing is a setup disk with product manual, but this info is available on line with upto date drivers etc.......
Will use this company again, they even text you when your items are in the post.

Buy it!
This is an amazing piece of kit and if you have a DS Lite you should buy it right away. Price, including a 2GB Micro SD Card, is a very nice bonus and the service from Mobile Fun is excellent as well.

Brilliant, must have DS accessory
The R4 is an excellent little device for your DS. Simply copy required firmware files to the memory card, then add .nds game files and you're ready to go. These are NO LONGER supplied with CD (not issued by manufacturer) and most retailers selling 'as-is' or with firmware supplied on memory card, however all firmware etc is available from r4ds.com. (Tip. for game use only, you'll need only the system folder plus the 2 firmware files, delete moonshl folder to save card space).
The R4 supports upto 2gb cards only, so don't be fooled by other suppliers.
As for mobilefun, I ordered this and received next day - excellent service.

Great product, great delivery - but bits missing
As the title says. Product works well, but seeminly like everything else I buy from MobileFun there is something missing - the CD. Shame really, as their service is fantastic and prices keen - but this product should come with a CD. If I'd read the reviews before hand I'd have realised this, and bought elsewhere.

No it doesn't come with a CD.
HOWEVER you can very easily go on the R4 website and download the system files. Fantastic product and as mentioned before super speedy delivery time!

A Must Have for Portable Gaming
This item allows you to drag n drop .nds files to your memory card and plays amazingly, stick a 2GB mem card in and you can squeaze 50 games on there including their save files.. also great for music and media files so you can compress a whole movie on there too..well worth it and with the cost of memory falling, now's the time to get your hands one the R4.
