Krusell CarHoldickit

I have found russell items to be quality products and the same can be said of the carholdickit. It is made of good materials, has a sturdy feel, and uses the great locking and quick release mechanism provided. The other thing I appreciated was that I did not have to screw the holder into the dashboard. The stick down option I found much preferable. Thanks again for a practical and useful product.

Brought this to go with Orbit Fles case and my HTC HD2. It's about 5-7cm across, the bits on the sides and tops are just to help it fit onto SLIGHTLY curved surfaces. The case doesn't lock into it, like it does with the belt clip. Cleaned my dashboard, left for 24 hours for any solvent etc to evaporate, wiped over dash again with a clean dry cloth and stuck it on hard. Left it again over night to let it settle. Following day it seemed to work ok, although phone could twist, will not lock in landscape for example. Next day fell off, leaving phone and sat nav app speaking to me from some where in the footwell while driving on the motorway. Even if it did stick, the fact that it doesn't lock phone in bracket or in position means it is little better than a bracket you could probably get from a hardware shop for less than a pound, especially as you are more than likely going to have to screw this to the dash to get it to stay anyway. Mobile Fun service was great.

Cannot fit S620 into this without additional bits. Will have to use velcro or something. Leather case that came with phone does not fit this bracket. Minimal instructions. Poor description on website. £10 for a bit of nearly useless plastic.

Hi - you need to use this with a Krusell case for your phone. So your phone goes into the Krusell case, and then the case gets attached to the holder.
