I bought this phone a little while ago as a replacement for my dad's old mobile. Honestly, I was very impressed with it when I opened the box. It looks smart and has a clear screen with large letters - very useful for old codgers like me and my dad, or anyone who needs reading glasses - and buttons that aren't too close together. For anybody who just wants a basic phone at a reasonable price that they can use on any network ( bar 3G) then I would recommend getting this. No other manufacturer seems to be producing anything that caters for this market. Not everyone wants "bells and whistles" and I'm questioning if I do after my smart new Sony-Ericsson W810i broke down after less than 4 months use ( Didn't buy it from Mobile Fun. Wish I had as I'm sure that they'd have sorted out the problem a lot quicker than it's taken so far)

For a bog standard phone this is great. Clear non-colour screen, easy to use (as with all Nokia's), large buttons, and a helpful manual (just in case). This phone is completely idiot proof!!!

my daughter has just turned 10 and i wanted her to have a simple phone for her and since i got her this phone shes never been happier and i also bought a o2 sim card set and she loves the phone she been txting her friends and she got her first bunch of £10 credit last week she just wants to say thanks and well done beckixx

A perfect phone to buy as a gift for someone who wants a phone to just work, first time every time with simple to use features and buttons! I bought this for my mum and she has even learned to text !!
